The V-Series Dissolved Air Flotation systems from Ecologix is a V-shaped design and system integration can remove up to 99% of TSS/FOG and 75% of BOD loadings. Our systems are skid mounted, pre-wired, pre-plumbed, and easy to install.
System Overview
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a process that removes solids by injecting pressurized air into wastewater, where micro-bubbles attach to suspended solid particles, and cause them to float to the surface of a flotation tank where they are skimmed and removed.
