Boltex - Dissolved Air Flotation - DAF
While removing up to 99% of TSS/FOG and 75% of BOD loadings, the Boltex-Series is designed specifically for future expansion.
Koester Environmental introduces the groundbreaking design efficiencies of Ecologix V-Series Dissolved Air Flotation-DAF System built into the Boltex-Series DAF System. While removing up to 99% of TSS/FOG and 75% of BOD loadings, the Boltex-Series is designed specifically for future expansion. The bolted tank can be resized to accommodate increased flow rates and contaminant loading.
System Overview
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a process that removes solids by injecting pressurized air into wastewater, where micro-bubbles attach to suspended solid particles, and cause them to float to the surface of a flotation tank where they are skimmed and removed. Boltex Series DAF systems are built with future expansion in mind. The bolted steel tanks are expandable to allow for increased flow rates or contaminant loading.
