System Overview

In a traditional DAF process, air is introduced to the flotation tank through a 30% recycled flow. ACE systems infuse air into 100% of the flow prior to its entry into the flotation vessel, resulting in increased separation efficiency and dryer sludge, while reducing contact time and system footprint.
