Mark has been active in the water and wastewater industry in upstate New York for over 20 years. Mark retains leadership positions in the New York Water Environment Association and New York Rural Water Association. He remains active in the American Water Works Association and local Water Works affiliates.
Away from his intense customer supporting schedule, you may find Mark sky diving, bungee jumping, running a marathon, or topping an overgrown tree. His unyielding energy and enthusiasm for this business has earned him many life-long friendships.

Kevin Bloodworth, COO
Sr. Vice President
Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer of Koester Environmental; responsible for leading the company’s business and geographic sales / marketing operations in Canada and for executing Koester’s business strategy to ensuring operational excellence company-wide. He is also a member of Koester Associate's, (USA) Senior Management Committee, ASTM, WEF, OWEA, and OPCEA
Prior to becoming COO in November 2011, Kevin was CEO of UPCOM a global management consulting, Business Process Outsourcing agency. In this role he was instrumental in driving operational excellence across UPCOM’s $3 million outsourcing business and in leading UPCOM’s outsourcing industrialization agenda.
Away from the office and demanding travel schedule you will find Kevin on Campus, or in the Faith community speaking with students and future business leaders about the importance of leading a principle centred life of purpose. He is an avid soccer player, and fitness enthusists that most of all enjoys spending time and traveling with his Beautiful Wife and 4 young children.

Pete J. Radosta, P.Eng, Cheif Technology Officer
Since graduating from Clarkson University, Pete has been active in the water and wastewater industry. While employed as a consulting engineer, he obtained an MBA from Syracuse University. Pete is a licensed engineer and enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest technology.
Pete serves on the NYWEA Central Chapter Board of Directors. He's also active in the AWWA and NY Rural Water Association. Outside of work, Pete thoroughly enjoys the outdoors. In the winter, you'll find him snowshoeing and skiing. No matter what the weather, Pete and his wife enjoy kayaking and running.

Thomas J. Whetham, PE, Vice Presdent
Tom is a Civil and Environmental Engineering graduate of Clarkson University and a licensed professional engineer. He is past president of the New York Water Environment Association and former Director of Utility Operations (Deputy Commissioner) of the Erie County, NY Department of Environment and Planning. Tom also has 15 years of consulting engineering experience for an international engineering firm.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys golf, playing guitar, and is an avid fisherman during all seasons.
